Sacred Heart Parish ministers to the homebound, patients at the Health Care Center, and the elderly, by visits from Eucharistic Ministers who bring Communion to them upon request. Visits to the patients at the hospital will be made, also, when a family member notifies the staff of the patient’s admittance.
